Warranty Terms

Commonsense Warranty

While the below page sets out the legal terms of the warranty, we will ensure that we make all reasonable efforts to ensure customer satisfaction while balancing the need to protect us against misuse and fraud. Please contact us first to get the issue resolved, preferably with photos that illustrate the issue or problem.

Six Month + Six Month No Hassle Warranty

We offer a six month limited warranty, beginning at the time of retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”) on all TECH SENSE LAB products sold.  This warranty can be extended by another six months to a total one year. We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period. This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty does not cover misuse or use outside of the normal and contemplated use of any product, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as acts of nature. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this limited warranty shall be that TECH SENSE LAB shall, at its option and at its cost and expense, and upon return of the defective product in accordance with TECH SENSE LAB’s Return Policy, (1) repair the defective product, (2) replace the defective product, or (3) refund to you the amounts paid for the defective product. CLAIMS UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MUST BE MADE IN WRITING WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE APPEARANCE OF A DEFECT. The limited warranty set forth in this paragraph gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

We build our products to last.To the original owner, we guarantee and warrant our TECH SENSE LAB  StickyCases against any defects in material or workmanship for as for long as you use the product. If you have any problems with the product, please contact us for return authorization at info@Tech Sense Lab .com before sending the product to us. We will evaluate the product.  We will replace the product (at our option) if the damage is covered by the warranty.


With respect to any product that is subject to the limited warranty set forth above, any and all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to such product shall apply solely during the warranty period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Except for the limited warranty set forth above, tech sense lab makes no, and hereby disclaims all, other warranties, whether expressed, implied or otherwise, with respect to its products and the site.

Please note, damage due to normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of materials over time, accident, improper care, or negligence is not covered by our warranty. If the product is no longer available or obsolete, we will issue a refund upon receiving a valid proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tech Sense Lab, its officers, directors, distributors, suppliers, or agents (collectively “company”) be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any Tech Sense Lab product, including, without limitation, device damage, data loss, or loss of use of any product, even if company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of company shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please submit the warranty form or email care@TechSenseLab.com. After obtaining confirmation and return address, defective product must be returned to TECH SENSE LAB before any warranty service will be provided. You are responsible for all shipping and other costs associated with returning defective product to TECH SENSE LAB. Original proof of purchase may be required to complete your warranty service request.
